Our Sales agents have extensive experience in the real estate industry with a focus on properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.  We start with a broad search and continue to narrow it down until we find a property that fits your needs.  Online programs such as Zillow and Trulia are good but they do not provide the depth of knowledge and contacts that Shamrock Properties has to assist you during this phase.  They only show what other agents are offering.  Sometimes we have to create an opportunity for you as a buyer.  We will go to every length to make sure we’ve found the right house for you.

After the perfect property is found, your Shamrock Properties’ Sales Agent will help you decide on the best offer for your potential property and do all the negotiation for you. With your help, we will negotiate and structure  the best contract for you which may include contingencies such as financing, home inspections, due diligence periods or sale of another residence.  Whatever your needs are we have the experience to help.

Along the way, Shamrock Properties will ensure you have clear title to the property, make sure your deed is properly transferred, make sure there are no liens on the property, and help you order the survey, inspection and title work.

The Closing Process

The closing process can be a little intimidating to someone not familiar with real estate.  Allow your Shamrock Properties’ Sales Agent to ensure a closing disclosure is in place, schedule the closing on your property with the title company, and review all closing to documents to make sure you are in full understanding of all final paperwork.  We’ll personally walk you through it all so you can completely understand the process before you go to the closing.
