Email MeBorn under an azalea bush and raised in the shade of the majestic Oaks of Mobile, David has built quite the reputation in Mobile and Baldwin County Alabama for his real estate prowess and ability to help companies, individuals and investors find just the right property. After leaving the area to build his career, the bay and beaches, delta and southern charm of the area drew him home. David said “Once you have saltwater in your blood you can never get it out” so with family in tow he came back to the Alabama Gulf Coast. Prior to his current position as CEO and Broker of Shamrock Properties, David was the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the top 40 home builders in the nation and developed neighborhoods spanning from Mobile, Alabama to Pensacola, Florida. At their peak they were building over 700 houses a year. This developed his insight for real estate and investing and gives him a great understanding of commercial ventures, financing, land acquisition, subdivision building and new home construction and sales. He graduated from Rhodes College with a BS in Marketing and Management and is a licensed real estate broker in both Alabama and Florida. When asked what he enjoys to do on the weekends, David said "Real Estate”, but we know he does find time to enjoy the outdoors, college football, fishing and spending time with his “hunting” buddies. Besides living and breathing real estate, David enjoys being with his family and the people that make Shamrock Properties the absolute best Real Estate Company in the area.
